Return process
Please send the completed return form along with the invoice with your shipment. If this form is not completely filled out, we cannot process your return request.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the returned product must be in its original condition and must have all tags and labels attached. The product must not show any signs of wear. We reserve the right to do the following:
Returned items may be refused if there is any suspicion that the items have been used or are damaged through no fault of our own.

Returns must be accompanied by a track and trace code. The sender is always responsible for shipping.
